New to this blogging things

So Im not even SURE where I'll begin!  Going to be trying to post each day. Im trying the Weight Watchers thing, the single parent thing & of course the "how not to strangle my children" thing.

My WW journey, and here is where I will be accountable! I have been sick the last 2 days, so the exercising part is on hold for a little while, but am still eating right.

Breakfast this morning consisted of...

Iced Coffee(with 1/2 cup lowfat chocolate milk & 1 splenda-   1.5 points
1 Orange-1

LUNCH-
Chicken Salad
Chicken-3
Lettuce-0
Cucumbers-0
Carrots-0
Shredded cheese-1.5
Fat Free Thousand Island dressing-1
Special K savory herb crackers(17)-2
